Gotta tell ya that I didn’t know what to expect when I was driving to the workshop. But my mind was quickly put at ease. Everyone I met was friendly and very helpful. It was a pleasure meeting you. I thank you for taking the time to reach out to every single person there and personally welcoming them.
This was the only class regarding any type of excercise that I felt completely like I belonged there. I was very pleased to find every body type under the sun. My insecurities disappeared quickly.
Thank you again for making an impact. I will definitely keep you up to date with my transformation. And I will be there again next time you are in town.
